Dear Valued Customer,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
I hope this letter finds you well. As many of you know, I suffered a bad fall in 2023 that resulted in my having complete shoulder replacement surgery. Unfortunately, this injury has not healed as well as I would’ve liked and continues to give me a good deal of pain on a daily basis. As a result, I have made the difficult decision that I can no longer continue working. Therefore, I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding Wilkes Income Tax Service. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
After a great deal of thoughtful prayer and many discussions with my family and with my doctors, I have decided to close Wilkes Income Tax Service permanently. Please be assured that I do not make this decision lightly and am aware of the impact this will have on many of you. The office will remain open on a limited basis as we work to finalize certain aspects of the business; but will close for good within the next few months. If anything changes I will certainly let you know.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
It has been my true pleasure and honor to get to know you and serve you to the best of my ability over the past 16 years. I appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in me, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as I begin this new chapter in my life.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
